WHAT I PROVIDE
The scope of the assignment, data collection, research, and the written report are paramount to achieving a defensible estimate of value of the equipment. After I collect the data on the equipment, I go to work applying the three approaches to value to every piece of equipment: The Cost, Market, and Income Approach to determine which approach is the most reliable and verifiable data. Someone who is not skilled, experienced, and Certified would not consider these important aspects of equipment appraisal.
My priority is providing you with a defensible estimate of value backed by comprehensive substantiation, research, and data into a USPAP compliant report. With years of experience in a wide variety of industries, I ensure you get timely professional results every time. Put me to the test. You’ll be glad that you did!
SITE VISIT APPRAISAL
or DESKTOP APPRAISAL
A Site Visit Appraisal is performed when Certified Equipment Appraiser views the equipment with an individual who can discuss the equipment. A Desktop Appraisal is performed without a site visit. Both types of appraisals are equally valid but sometimes a site visit is required.
A Desktop Appraisal is performed without a site visit. The appraiser relies on the information from the Client and someone at the facility who can discuss the equipment. Both the Site Visit Appraisal and the Desktop Appraisal are equally valid but sometimes a Site Visit Appraisal is required.
